Our Winter Series is Live and Starts January 9th!

Join this 4-part class series, dedicated to unraveling upper body tension, stress and pain. This is going to be a special series that focuses on melting through the layers of tension we build up around our necks, shoulders, upper backs, chests and faces. Each class will be a slow, moving meditation through revealing and treating upper body tension patterns.
