Individual Techniques
Over 25 separate techniques, each comes with written instructions and a video accompaniment, as well as the reasons why we might choose to roll each area.
Building a Flow
Each class contains between 8-12 techniques. Learn the artform of putting them together in a sequence that is logical and deeply relaxing.
Client Troubleshooting
Learn about common contraindications and client areas of concern. What to do and what not to do when clients have spinal injuries, tendinitis, knee pain or are pregnant.
