Join this 4-part class series, dedicated to unraveling hip and lower back tension caused by postural imbalances and suboptimal ergonomics.
While this series will focus on relieving leg, lower back and hip tightness, we will also (always) pepper in targeted techniques for the neck and shoulders.
This series is limited to only 11 in-person participants—in-person passes CAN BE SHARED!
