The Fall Series is Live!
Take foam rolling class every Wednesday night for 4 weeks starting October 9th Foam rolling as a regular practice can regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, treat aches and pains and empower you with a deep sense of body awareness. Take the challenge to roll with us once a week for all 4 weeks! Here are the details:
Class is at Left Coast Power Yoga: 3702 Grand Avenue, Oakland and also offered on Zoom.
This series is limited to only 14 in-person participants.
Classes start at 7:30pm and run for 60 minutes.
Bring your own roller. Recommendations here.
Passes are sold as an entire series. If available, drop-in passes will go on sale once series starts.
